À polícia, a menor relatou que o acusado seguiu rumo aos fundos de uma Unidade de Pronto-Atendimento (UPA) do Núcleo Bandeirante e, lá, a abusou sexualmente.</p>
<p class="texto">Após cometer o crime, o motorista deixou a vítima no Conjunto 29 da ADE. Antes de descer do carro, a menina ainda recebeu R$ 30 do suspeito em troca do silêncio. A garota entrou em uma distribuidora de bebidas do conjunto e foi acolhida.</p>
