<p class="texto">Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, o pequeno deu entrada no atendimento com inchaço abdominal e constipação intestinal. A mãe da criança acompanhou o filho.</p>
<p class="texto">Durante o atendimento, a médica responsável notou o baixo nível de saturação do menino. A criança ficou em observação durante a tarde, mas apresentou piora no estado de saúde, chegando a ter inconsistência respiratória e morreu horas depois.</p>
<p class="texto">Os médicos da UPA realizaram exames e obeservaram que a região anal do menino apresentava laseração e alargamento, sinais de possível violência sexual. </p>
<p class="texto">Questionada pela equipe médica, a mãe informou que não notou as lesões e foi invasiva nas respostas, segundo o boletim de ococrrência. A mulher fugiu antes de a Polícia Militar chegar e ainda não foi encontrada.</p>
<p class="texto">O corpo do menino foi encaminhado para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML) para ar por exames.</p>
<p class="texto">A reportagem do Estado de Minas entrou em contato com a Polícia Militar e aguarda retorno. </p>
